Terms of Use

Sidez is a free polls app. By creating an account or using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Sidez.

You must be 16 or older. We ask for your date of birth at signup and take your answer at its word; if you told us a wrong one to get in, this agreement was never yours to make and we may remove the account.

Messages. If either of two people is under 18, or we don't have a date of birth for them, they can message each other only if they follow each other.

What you post — polls, photos, comments, messages — stays yours. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store it, show it in the app, and make the copies needed to run the service (thumbnails, caches, backups). The license ends for content you delete, except for the caches and backups described in the Privacy Policy. Post only what you have the right to post.

Don't harass, threaten or defame people. Don't post illegal content, sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, spam, or other people's private information. Don't impersonate others, scrape the service, work around rate limits or the age check, or try to break in. The report button is there — use it.

We may remove content, hide polls, or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe harm the service or its users — with or without notice. We may change or shut down features (or the whole service). Sidez is provided as is, without any warranty: we don't promise it will always work, be available, or be free of mistakes, and to the extent the law allows we're not liable for damages arising from using it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes belong to the competent courts there.
